HOW TO GET A CANADIAN PARDON

5 years for a summary offence(3 Years if in B.C. or Ontario)

10 years for an indictable offence (5 Years if in B.C. or Ontario)

Completion of your sentence includes:

Payment of any fines, surcharges or restitution orders.

Conclusion of parole and/or probation period
