Ken Scott is a Senior U.S. Immigration Law Intelligence Analyst and former personnel manager/analyst for the United States Government. He is also a former auxiliary police academy assistant law enforcement trainer and instructor. He also worked as a supervisory federal Contractor for the United States Federal Protective Service in securing critical American infrastructure during 9-11. There he worked closely with the former U.S. Customs Service and former U.S. Immigration & Naturalization Service.  He also worked with the U.S. Defence Department as a personnel manager. He also worked as a legal strategist and case analyst, training immigration lawyers and consultants on American immigration inadmissibility issues.

 

Scott helped law firms in the past develop a critical strategy to successfully win many U.S. immigration border crossing cases. Scotty had also been selected to be a trainer at the Sumas Border crossing in Washington State. He also worked closely with the legacy I.N.S and assisted in apprehending violators of USA immigration law within the United States. He now works to successfully clear people that are denied entry to the United States.

Scott has a Bachelor of Science in Criminology from Ashworth University in Georgia and also studied Microbiology at the prestigious Howard University in Washington D.C. He has numerous awards and decorations from both the Washington State and the United States Government for exemplary service. He also has Extensive Ties To the Punjabi Business and Cultural Community in Surrey, British Columbia Canada. He is also extremely well known, liked and highly respected by the aforementioned community.

 

The business in Canada has cleared a number of very high profile cases and now reformed individuals that were in the news headlines in the lower mainland of British Columbia in all of the 1990s and early/mid-2000s. He is also the host of an internet talk radio show on USA border crossing issues. He has given many lectures as a guest speaker at Canadian colleges and has trained numerous lawyers in the finer points of USA Inadmissibility/Admissibility issues.

An expert in U.S. immigration and enforcement matters, he has extensive knowledge of all levels of the American federal and state governments.  He especially has specialized knowledge of Washington State criminal law. Scott also has extensive ties with business and cultural communities in Washington State. He is frequently requested to speak on immigration border crossing issues and has lectured on the topic at Vancouver B.C. colleges.

 

He has also been asked to teach U.S. Border crossing law at a Vancouver based college in 2017. Scott and the business are currently North American based but have a special plan for global expansion.  Accomplishments include opening a European office. 

 

Scott believes in very aggressively/fanatically obtaining the successful conclusion of winning a case. He is not politically correct but will use that tenacity(of a pit bull) in order to win your case and/or get you the best possible outcome in your given situation. Rich. S. is an Immigration Law Intelligence Analyst with the business. He is a case management specialist with expertise in international foreign business development in real estate. He has a specialist interest in immigration and family law. He is the senior office manager and initial public intake specialist and screener. 

Rich has extensive experience in a wide variety of matters. He is an experienced waiver intake consultant who understands the complexities of U.S Immigration border crossing matters and works with clients in offering unique solutions to his "clients" needs. He has personal experience dealing with divorce, custody/guardianship, separation, and complex asset division in BC Law, 

He has vast knowledge of U.S entry waivers and special empathy for clients since he has been issued his own personal waiver for over a decade on personal matters which he freely discusses on his own with new clients, he continues to find current ways to expose the system, that U.S takes to deploy tactics for people who do or do not need an I-194 waiver but that routinely get denied at U.S crossings.

Outside of work, Rick is an avid sports fan, particularly of the Vancouver Canucks & Seattle Seahawks, and enjoys spending time on his boat fishing with his young son & friends and clients in lower mainland waters.

Mike V.  is a Client Intake Specialist with the firm. He has expertise in international business development and US immigration inadmissibility issues. He has a special interest in criminal immigration law and family law related issues.

Shuang (Sam) Kenny Scott-Wong is an Apprentice Immigration Law Intelligence Analyst that works behinds the scenes to help develop a winning case strategy. He is an expert at researching and finding the full story from clients and cases. He formerly worked as a Skip Trace Investigator for commercial businesses and the Canadian Government. He is used to researching the background of select cases and also an as advisory specialist in case processing. 

 

His other job is to locate clients that have skipped out on payment and has a 99% success rate. He is an expert on tactics that people use to live underground and he uses these same tactics in helping to prepare a winning strategy to successfully get all border crossing cases cleared. He is originally from Hong Kong and will often be the primary person taking the initial call for new clients. He is an unpaid volunteer that we are using to help him gain experience in the us entry waiver processing field.
